Inspired by the ancient herbal elixir Chartreuse. Not a recreation of the liqueur, but the world formed around its making. An exploration of spiritual spaces and different states of matter.

Viriditas opens in a cultivated mountain garden. Cold alpine air flows over pine needles, turned soil, citrus peels, and living herbs. Quiet, yet full of life.

This clarity gives way to the monastery’s drying rooms. Desiccated leaves, spices, and wild flowers rest against stone walls, mingling with distant religious incense.

What remains is the sweet elixir itself. Green and viscous, with a beautiful herbaceous, anisic bouquet recalling fennel and absinthe aged patiently in oak casks.
