SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch

Orders leave within 1 to 3 business days. Each bottle is filled and packed by hand, so a new release or a holiday can add a few days.

USA only

Ships from Los Angeles, CA by USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves.

Cost

Full bottles ship free. Samples and sample sets ship at the flat rate shown at checkout.

Lost or stolen

Once the carrier marks a parcel delivered, it is out of my hands. Packages lost to a wrong address or taken from a doorstep are not refunded or replaced.

Your address

Check the address and phone number before you order. Need to change it? Write through the contact page before the parcel ships.

Damaged

Arrived broken or leaking? Send a photo of the box and bottle within 7 days. I replace from the same batch while it lasts, and refund when it is gone.
