Where we ship
United States addresses only, for now. International shipping is not available yet; join the mailing list in the footer and we will say when it is.
Cost
Full bottles ship free. Samples and sample sets ship at the flat rate shown at checkout.
How it ships
Perfume is alcohol based and is classed as a hazardous material for transport. It travels by ground, never by air. Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves.
When it ships
Bottles are filled and packed by hand. Orders leave within 5 business days. Ground transit across the US usually takes 2 to 7 business days after that. If a release is oversubscribed and shipping will take longer, we say so on the product page and by email, and offer a refund to anyone who would rather not wait.
Your address
Check the shipping address at checkout. If it needs changing, get in touch through the contact page before the order ships. Once a parcel shows as delivered to the address given, we cannot replace it.
Damaged in transit
If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the bottle and get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We replace damaged or leaking bottles from the same batch where stock allows, and refund where it does not.
